03 Common (Western) supermarket mushrooms

Connoisseurs, please don't laugh at me; I already laughed at myself, and I'm far from being a connoisseur. The title is based on typical US supermarkets and familiarity, that is, unless you also shop at Asian or specialty supermarkets. If you're are mushroom hunters who collect wild mushrooms and create your own creations, would you love to share your recipes? :-D

This entry stemmed from the conversation between Sapphic7777 and me on my "Autumn Meditation" video (a fall foliage video set to Massenet's Méditation from Thaïs; http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hpCBwDa0naU). Sapphic shared her mushroom hunting experience, and we ended up discussing the Agaricus bisporus mushrooms (champignons, creminis, and portobellos). Here are photos with descriptions.

Another wild species, field mushrooms (Agaricus campestris)
